Club courts are
available for public hire; you don't have to be a member although
it is cheaper if you are. There are four courts, two with floodlighting
and a small clubhouse.
The courts are managed on most days and cost £3 per adult
to hire, £1.50 for children (correct as of June 2010). Rackets can also
be hired from the clubhouse, but you will need to bring along suitable flat
shoes. The courts are open from10am until 7pm daily and are free when the staff
are unavailable.
The club has around 300 members and have a popular children's
section.
There is also a free tennis court in Woodside Park. |
