The Vintage
Ferry Service starts from Tuckton Tea
Gardens, calling at Wick Ferry, Christchurch Quay and Mudeford
Sandbank. The ferry normally runs daily 10am - 5pm, from
Easter until end of October.
Most people catch the ferry at Christchurch
for the beach at Mudeford Sandbank or to walk over the prehistoric
Hengistbury Head. You can also continue the walk making a
circular trip by crossing the river at the Wick Ferry back
to Christchurch.
