Colwell
Bay is a popular sand and shingle beach and it is
said to be one of the Island's cleanest beaches.
Watersports is a popular activity in the bay.
Local info: the
promenade continues from Colwell Bay to Totland Bay
and although cycling is prohibited, everbody does cycle
along the promenade.
On the promenade is Captains Cabin Cafe, Crusoes Cafe
and a well stocked shop.
Ferry: The
Lymington to Yarmouth passenger and car ferry, Wightlink,
takes about 30 minutes to make the crossing to Yarmouth,
Isle of Wight.

car park is next to the beach holds about 40 cars,

Bus: The number 7 Southern
Vectis bus from Yarmouth stops near the beach.
