Flaghead Chine has a wide sandy beach, with a gradual slope into the sea. The beach is less crowded than the neighbouring beaches but has fewer facilities.

Local info: there is no lifeguard station although the beach is patrolled regularly. The nearest beach office and other facilities is at nearby Shore Road Beach.

Beach wheelchairs: are available along Poole's beaches free of charge, 24 hours notice must be given to the beach office.

Parking: only on-street parking.
