The Lower Gardens are a five minute walk from the main shopping centre and the beach. Each year more than a quarter of a million bedding plants are used to fill Bournemouth's gardens and town roundabouts.

The Bournemouth Eye carries 30 passengers, the balloon lifts to a height of 500 feet providing a panoramic view of the English Channel and surrounding area. Prices; adult £10, child £6, family £30, under 2's free. The gondola can accommodate up to three wheelchairs per ride
