The Russell-Cotes Art Gallery & Museum is housed in a beautiful Victorian
villa on the cliff top over-looking Bournemouth beach. The rooms inside are full
of Victorian splendour housing an interesting collection of painting, ceramics,
sculptures and furniture, and the museum’s Japanese collection is of world-renown.
Tues to Sun, 10am - 5pm, admission is free.

The Southampton City Art Gallery has a collection of over 3,500 works of art,
spanning six centuries from the Renaissance to the present day. The Gallery is
internationally renowned for its collection of contemporary works by British
artists.
Admission is free, Monday - Friday, 10am - 4pm, Saturday and Sunday, 11am - 4pm. |
