The five-lane 25-metre pool is maintained to the highest
standard, recent installation of an ultra-violet disinfection system allows us
to reduce chlorine levels making the pool kinder to your eyes and skin.
The swimming pool is open from 07.00 every weekday morning and 07.30 on the weekends
and lanes are available on request, swimming lessons for adults and children
take place on most days.

The baths date back to the end of the 18th century
and are still the largest baths on the south coast. Open daily from May to September
from 10am to 6pm.

Located in the city centre the complex was opened
in June 1999 at a cost of £9.9 million funded by Southampton City Council,
Sports Lottery Fund and donations from Southampton Solent University.

The Academy's venue is the Quays Swimming and
Diving Complex on Harbour Parade. Facilities for
diving at the Quays are some of the best in the south of England. There are two
each of 1m and 3m springboards and 1m, 3m, 5m, 7.5m and 10m platforms, all suitable
for competition at International level. |
