Fjordlings smoked duck, marinated root vegetables with a grain mustard vinaigrette

Fillet of red mullet, fennel and citrus salad

Mains

Breast of corn fed chicken stuffed with wild mushrooms and leeks with pancetta and garlic dauphinois and a rich red wine jus

Duo of lamb, peppered rump and faggot with spinach mash and green peppercorn jus

Pave of cod with seafood risotto, crispy squid and a chive cream

Puddings

Vanilla seed crème brûlée

Date and walnut pudding, sticky toffee sauce and custard ice cream

A platter of fresh fruit with elderflower sorbet
