Our steaks are steer meat which has been aged for at least 35 days to ensure a quality and flavour that we are sure you will appreciate. All our steaks are traceable to the farm where the animal was raised.

Our steaks are served with traditional trimmings of Chunky Chips, Onions fried with Mushrooms, a whole Tomato and Peas. All steaks are approximate uncooked weight including bone.
