Calshot Activities Centre is one of the largest Outdoor Adventure Centres in Britain and is run by Hampshire County Council.Calshot offers residential and non-residential courses in water and landbased activities. The hangars accommodate a state of the art climbing complex, the only indoor Velodrome in Southern England and a dry Ski Slope. Below: Calshot’s Velodrome & Climbing Facilities. The climbing facilities are amongst the biggest and best in the Country, with over 1100 sq metres of climbing and nearly 80 rope lines. The velodrome track was built in 1997 and can be used by a wide range of  cyclists from novices to international standard.
