Milford on Sea beach
  Description
Milford on Sea beach's popularity is mostly for the wonderful views of the Isle of Wight and the Needles and it’s coastal walks.

The walk from the beach to the west is a wide pathway that rises gently up Hordle Cliff, there are a lot of benches along the path and it is popular with people of all ages.
The walk to the east is about one and a half miles along the shingle spit to Hurst Castle.

There are two cafes (one is being currently re-built) and a bowling green. This is a small quiet beach and not normally overrun with tourists.

Turn off the A337 three miles west of Lymington and follow the signs.

Needle Eye Cafe and there will be the Marine Cafe, which is currently being rebuilt.
