Chilled Trio of juicy Melon with fresh strawberries
Oak Smoked Duck and Orange Salad with honey dressing
Smoked mackerel fillet with waldorf salad
Crab and goats cheese tart with crisp dressed salad

Mains
Roast loin of free-range pork with applesauce, and sage and onion stuffing
 All our roasts are served traditionally with, roast and duchess potatoes, a medley of seasonal vegetables and a jug of real gravy!!!!
Chef’s lamb and beef madras with braised rice, poppudums and mango chutney
Rack of ribs with sticky BBQ sauce, shoestring fries and dressed salad
Italian chicken and smoked bacon linguini with tomato and basil sauce topped with Hampshire rose cheese
Fisherman’s seafood pancake glazed with cheese, served with shoestring fries and salad
Beer battered hake with chunky chips and mushy peas

Homemade apple crumble with Jude’s very vanilla ice cream
Chocolate brownie sundae with whipped cream
Black Cherry meringue with fresh cream
Steamed spotted dick with syrup and creamy custard
