Having known the area for 40 years and having many friends here, Claudia Jonkers moved to Lymington when the perfect premises came up for sale. The shop also came with a courtyard. The business started off as an antique shop in Portmeirion, North Wales. Claudia had spent a year helping revamp the then closed hotel and organise the redistribution of the many fine Clough Williams-Ellis antiques and artefacts. After the hotel was re-opened Claudia opened an antique shop in Portmeirion.     Due to the seasonal trade the move to Bath was made and Cloud Cuckoo Land was born, selling unusual and quality artefacts, always slightly theatrical owing to Claudia’s history as an interior designer. The move towards the shop in Lymington today culminated of 20 years of buying and finding exclusive jewellery in the UK and a most varied mix of goods, which most shops don’t put together.     Opening times: Mon to Sat, 10.00am - 5.00pm
