cartridges Cartridges are checked at The Recycling
Factory incoming inspection point to verify
that they function correctly. We then clean the cartridges thoroughly
to remove all the residual ink and clean the printhead. Once this
is complete, the cartridges are refilled, 100% tested and taped
ready for packaging. This process can take up to 3 days, but due
to TRF's unique remanufacturing processes, over 90% of all cartridges
collected for recycling are successfully remanufactured and sold
to be used again.
